The Ark Dormouse House is made from long lasting natural timber with excellent insulating properties. The entrance hole should be installed facing the trunk. The top and bottom wooden bars keep the access hole free and allow the dormouse access from the trunk of the tree, the dormouse`s preferred route.
Mount the dormouse house approximately 1.5m off the ground in hazel coppices where dormice are known to frequent.
